Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative AI Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. You will play a crucial role in monitoring social conversations, analyzing trend data, assisting with content creation, and supporting our global brands’ social media initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily social media monitoring across various platforms, identifying brand mentions, sentiment, and key discussions.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to identify emerging social media trends, viral content, and audience insights relevant to our brands.
- Support the content team in brainstorming and developing engaging social media content ideas based on trend analysis.
- Help schedule and publish social media posts across multiple brand channels.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to basic reporting on social media campaign effectiveness.
- Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages under supervision, maintaining brand voice and guidelines.
- Research competitor social media activities and industry best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with new social media features, platforms, and AI advancements in marketing.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, YouTube).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence and its applications in social media/marketing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Experience with social media scheduling or analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch) is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for basic content creation.
