Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bulb & Socket Replacement Aide to join our home safety team. This role is crucial for ensuring the ongoing safety and functionality of electrical fixtures in our customers’ homes. You will be responsible for routine bulb replacements, socket inspections, and identifying potential hazards, all while upholding our high standards of service and safety. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a desire to contribute to community safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine replacement of light bulbs and other basic lighting fixtures in residential properties.
- Inspect electrical sockets for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction and report findings.
- Conduct basic visual safety checks on electrical points and appliances as per company guidelines.
- Assist senior technicians with more complex electrical tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, explaining tasks and findings clearly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and maintain company-provided tools and equipment.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical safety principles.

- A clean driving license is essential for this field-based role.
