Key Responsibilities
- Transporting patients safely and comfortably between departments, wards, and treatment areas.
- Moving equipment, supplies, and specimens throughout the facility.
- Delivering mail, packages, and internal communications.
- Assisting with the setup and relocation of hospital beds and furniture.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including tidying waiting areas and corridors.
- Responding to urgent requests promptly and efficiently.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations and infection control policies.
- Providing compassionate and respectful interaction with patients, visitors, and staff.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move objects.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid certification (training can be provided).
