Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Salon Support Crew member for morning shifts (7am – 12pm). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the beauty industry, with no prior experience required. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operation of our salon, contributing to a positive and organized environment for our stylists and clients alike. Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Prepare the salon for opening, including cleaning stations and organizing products
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the salon, including sweeping, laundry, and sanitizing tools
- Assist stylists by retrieving products, preparing capes, and ensuring towels are readily available
- Manage inventory of salon supplies, informing management when stock is low
- Provide refreshments to clients and ensure waiting areas are comfortable
- Help with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual, especially for early morning shifts
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
Preferred Qualifications
