Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general office operations, ensuring a well-maintained, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams and individuals, including scheduling and correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, events, and workshops, including logistics, catering, room setup, and technical support.
  • Handle vendor relationships, including procurement of office supplies, contract management, and service delivery oversight.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, providing orientation to office facilities, procedures, and resources.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a safe, compliant, and productive environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries, issues, and facility management requests.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven track record.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or equivalent Microsoft Office suite.

  • Previous experience (2+ years) in office management or an administrative role within a fast-paced technology company or corporate environment.
  • Experience with event planning, coordination, and execution for corporate settings.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking and expense management for office operations.
  • Certification in office administration or project management.
