Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and adhere to all security procedures.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries, account maintenance, and problem resolution.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to all bank policies and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building positive relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer experience.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math proficiency and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.

- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Familiarity with basic computer applications.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
