Job Description

As a Virtual IT Asset Coordinator at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in our global logistics and IT operations. This entry-level, 100% remote position is perfect for highly organized individuals eager to start a career in IT asset management and supply chain support. You will be responsible for the virtual tracking, maintenance, and reconciliation of IT assets across various Amazon departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses, using designated inventory management systems.
  • Coordinate virtual asset audits and conduct reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity.
  • Support the entire lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to deployment and eventual decommissioning.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including IT support, procurement, and logistics, to facilitate asset movements and updates.
  • Generate reports on asset status, utilization, and compliance for management review.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in asset records promptly and efficiently.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT asset management and security.
  • Provide excellent virtual support and communication to stakeholders regarding asset inquiries.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data management.
