Job Description

Join the Netflix team as a Part-time Customer Help Representative, supporting our global member base. This flexible role allows you to work from home, providing essential support to ensure our members have the best possible streaming experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding members through our platform with patience and expertise. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email to Netflix members.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.

  • Stay up-to-date with new Netflix features, content, and service updates.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
  • Patience and a positive attitude when dealing with diverse customer inquiries.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
