Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Member Support Pro to join our dynamic team in West Covina. As a Member Support Pro, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through our services. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Educate customers on various financial products and services, identifying opportunities to meet their needs.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and problem resolution.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
