Job Description
Sandals Grenada is seeking a professional and experienced Casino Limo Driver to join our exclusive transportation team. This crucial role involves providing top-tier luxury transport services for our VIP guests to and from various destinations, including local attractions and the island’s premier entertainment venues. The ideal candidate will possess impeccable driving skills, a strong commitment to punctuality, and an unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and discreet travel experience, upholding the prestigious image of Sandals Grenada. This position primarily operates on a night and weekend roster, offering excellent opportunities for tips.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport VIP guests to and from casinos, airports, and other requested destinations.
- Maintain the pristine condition and cleanliness of assigned luxury vehicles.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous, professional service at all times.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Manage vehicle maintenance schedules and report any issues promptly.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding guest information.
- Optimize routes for efficiency and guest comfort.
- Complete daily logs and transportation reports accurately.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in luxury transport or hospitality.
- Excellent knowledge of Grenada's roads and traffic patterns.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience driving luxury vehicles (e.g., limousines, high-end sedans).
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced driver training.
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., French, Spanish) are a plus.
- Familiarity with casino guest protocols and expectations.
