Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with more complex repairs and diagnostics, learning proper procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance needs and report findings accurately.
  • Learn to use and maintain various shop tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating service needs and completion times when interacting with clients.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid G-Class driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and an interest in automotive systems.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Completion of a basic automotive shop course or vocational training.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
