  • Identify potential risks, vulnerabilities, and inefficiencies in digital asset storage, retrieval, and distribution, providing actionable recommendations for remediation.
  • Collaborate with legal, privacy, and security teams to ensure digital asset practices align with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and intellectual property rights.
  • Develop and implement audit methodologies, tools, and reports to track compliance and performance metrics for content management operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for digital asset lifecycle management, including ingestion, categorization, archiving, and deletion.
  • Work with Enterprise Architects and system owners to ensure content management solutions are robust, scalable, and adhere to architectural standards.
  • Prepare detailed audit findings, reports, and presentations for stakeholders, outlining risks, control deficiencies, and recommended improvements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in digital asset management, content governance, or IT/digital auditing.
  • Proven experience with various Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems and content management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to digital content (e.g., data privacy, intellectual property).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Library Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications
