Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests on the sales floor, providing product information and recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash and card payments.
- Ensure merchandise is stocked, organized, and presented according to visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts.
- Handle guest returns and exchanges with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Support promotional activities and seasonal sales events.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including evenings.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
