Job Description
Are you passionate about community building and the visual world of Pinterest? Sprinklr is seeking a dedicated Pinterest Community Engagement Specialist to join our remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing our online community on the Pinterest platform, ensuring a vibrant, positive, and engaged user experience. You will manage content, interact with users, respond to inquiries, and identify trends to enhance our presence and engagement strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to shape brand perception and drive connection in a dynamic digital space.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and engage with the community on Pinterest, responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the Pinterest community, foster positive interactions, and increase user engagement.
- Curate and schedule engaging Pinterest content (Pins, Idea Pins, Boards) that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Identify key influencers and community advocates on Pinterest and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Track and report on Pinterest community growth, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with Pinterest trends, features, and algorithm changes to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and content delivery.
- Address and escalate any community issues or crises to the appropriate internal teams.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in social media management, specifically with Pinterest for business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Pinterest's platform, features, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and build online communities.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for Pinterest.
- Prior experience in customer service or community moderation.
