Job Description

Caribbean Property Services Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Gutter Cleaning Trainees. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to learn a valuable trade, work outdoors, and contribute to keeping properties safe and well-maintained. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced technicians with the cleaning and maintenance of gutters on various residential and commercial properties.
- Learn and apply proper safety procedures, including the safe use of ladders, fall protection equipment, and other tools.
- Help set up and dismantle equipment safely and efficiently at job sites.
- Remove debris, leaves, and other obstructions from gutters and downspouts.
- Inspect gutters for damage and report findings to senior staff.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and company vehicles.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to work at heights (with appropriate safety training and gear).
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Jamaican driver's license (an asset, but not required).
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role or outdoor work.
