Key Responsibilities

  • Source potential candidates using various channels, including online databases, job boards, social media, and internal networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Support senior recruiters in managing candidate relationships and interview scheduling.
  • Learn and apply recruitment best practices, industry trends, and market intelligence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
  • Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge.
