Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Virtual Time Management Coach to join our dynamic team, offering a flexible morning roster. This is an exciting opportunity to empower individuals to master their time, significantly boost productivity, and achieve their personal and professional goals from any location. As a Virtual Time Management Coach, you will leverage FranklinCovey’s renowned methodologies to guide clients through personalized coaching sessions, helping them cultivate sustainable habits for effective time management. This role is 100% remote, providing the flexibility to work from your home office and connect with clients across various time zones during agreed-upon morning schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging one-on-one virtual coaching sessions focused on time management principles, strategic goal setting, and advanced productivity strategies.
- Apply FranklinCovey's proprietary content, frameworks, and tools to deliver impactful and measurable coaching outcomes.
- Develop tailored action plans for clients that address their unique needs, challenges, and aspirations.
- Monitor client progress diligently, provide constructive and actionable feedback, and adapt coaching approaches as necessary.
- Maintain meticulous records of all coaching sessions, client interactions, and progress reports.
- Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to continuously enhance coaching expertise and stay abreast of industry best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow coaches and team members to share insights, best practices, and foster a supportive, growth-oriented coaching community.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in coaching, training, or mentoring, with a focus on time management or productivity.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of inspiring and clarity.
- Demonstrated strong active listening and empathetic abilities to understand and connect with clients deeply.
- Proficiency with various virtual communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- A strong ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with a diverse range of clients.
- Highly self-motivated, impeccably organized, and adept at managing a flexible work schedule independently and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Possession of a recognized coaching certification (e.g., ICF certification or similar reputable credential).
- Familiarity with FranklinCovey's '7 Habits of Highly Effective People' or other widely recognized time management and personal productivity methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field.
- Prior experience working in a remote or virtual professional coaching and training environment.
