You will play a crucial role in the initial stages of our sales pipeline, contributing directly to our growth through your ability to identify and engage with potential customers. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential new clients and market segments using various online tools, databases, and social media.
- Engage with prospects through email, phone, and professional networking platforms to introduce Salesforce solutions and ascertain interest.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with Salesforce's ideal customer profile.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead statuses in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and Salesforce product updates.
- Develop and refine lead generation strategies and scripts for maximum effectiveness.
