Job Description
As a Limousine Captain – Senior Driver Role at Metro Cars, you will be the epitome of professional luxury transportation. This senior position demands exceptional driving skills, profound knowledge of the Metro Detroit area, and an unwavering commitment to outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for providing safe, timely, and comfortable journeys for our VIP clientele, representing the pinnacle of our brand’s service excellence. Your role goes beyond driving; you will be a trusted professional ensuring every client interaction is seamless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate luxury limousines and sedans, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and ensuring a comfortable and private experience.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, avoiding traffic congestion and ensuring timely arrival at destinations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Maintain meticulous records of mileage, fuel consumption, and service requests.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide discreet support as needed.
- Represent Metro Cars with professionalism, integrity, and a polished appearance at all times.
- Adhere to a strict code of confidentiality and discretion regarding client information.
Required Skills
- Valid Chauffeur's License (Michigan) or equivalent commercial driver's license.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional chauffeur or limousine driving experience.
- Impeccable driving record with no major violations.
- Extensive knowledge of Metro Detroit and surrounding areas, including optimal routes and traffic patterns.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
- Punctuality and reliability are paramount.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Defensive Driving.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience with luxury client services or hospitality.
- Multilingual abilities.
