Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Dash Polisher with a strong focus on car interior detailing to join our team in New Port Richey. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for traveling to various Enterprise locations or designated sites to meticulously clean, polish, and protect vehicle dashboards and other interior surfaces. Your expertise will ensure our vehicles consistently meet Enterprise’s stringent quality standards, providing a premium experience for our customers. This position requires an individual who takes pride in their work, possesses excellent time management skills, and can work independently while maintaining professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality interior detailing, specifically focusing on dashboard cleaning, polishing, and protection using approved products and techniques.
- Inspect vehicle interiors for dirt, dust, grime, and other imperfections, ensuring all surfaces are pristine.
- Apply appropriate conditioners and protectants to dashboards and vinyl/plastic surfaces to restore shine and prevent wear.
- Operate and maintain detailing equipment, including vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and buffers, safely and effectively.
- Manage inventory of detailing supplies and report needs to supervisors.
- Travel efficiently to various locations as assigned to perform detailing services.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and environmental guidelines.
- Provide exceptional service, representing Enterprise Rent-A-Car professionally at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in car detailing, with a strong emphasis on interior care.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of various detailing products, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on the go.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of professional mobile detailing experience.
- Certification from a recognized detailing program.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Rent-A-Car's vehicle preparation standards.
