Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Evening Shift Packer to join our team in Provo, Utah. This is a full-time position working Monday to Thursday, offering a consistent 4-day work week. As an Evening Shift Packer, you will play a crucial role in our distribution center, responsible for accurately and efficiently packing various products for shipment. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack items according to packing slips and order specifications.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packing.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Operate basic packing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any discrepancies or issues to a supervisor.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting (not required but a plus).
