Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Google Scheduling Clerk to join our administrative team in Tustin. This part-time afternoon position is crucial for maintaining efficient appointment schedules and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Google Workspace tools, including Google Calendar, Sheets, and Docs, to manage various schedules, appointments, and general clerical tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication and coordination within our busy healthcare environment. This is an on-site position requiring a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to the exceptional service Kaiser Permanente provides to our members and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings using Google Calendar.
  • Update and maintain various schedules and logs in Google Sheets.
  • Prepare and disseminate documents and communications using Google Docs and Gmail.
  • Respond to scheduling inquiries from staff, patients, and external parties.
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all scheduling information.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize scheduling processes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
