Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and highly organized Remote Stress Management Aide with a corporate wellness focus to join our dedicated team. This 100% remote position is crucial in supporting our corporate clients and their employees by facilitating access to stress management resources, coordinating wellness initiatives, and providing administrative support for our Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of stress reduction techniques and an ability to communicate effectively in a professional, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for corporate wellness programs, including scheduling workshops, managing participant registrations, and preparing materials.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employees seeking stress management resources, guiding them to appropriate internal and external services.
  • Assist in the development and distribution of wellness communications, newsletters, and educational content related to stress reduction and mental well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of program participation, client interactions, and resource utilization, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with wellness specialists and HR teams to identify employee needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of stress management offerings.
  • Facilitate virtual group sessions or webinars focused on relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and coping strategies, as directed.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries via email and phone, providing empathetic and timely support.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in corporate wellness and stress management.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role within healthcare, corporate wellness, or human resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated empathy and a client-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with stress management techniques and principles of mental well-being.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, health promotion, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote capacity.
  • Certification in wellness coaching, stress management, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with EAP services and corporate benefit structures.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus.
