Job Description

Are you a compassionate and highly organized individual with a passion for transforming lives? Goodwill Industries of Denver is seeking a dedicated Senior Decluttering Coach to join our Local Community Support team in Westminster, CO. In this vital role, you will empower individuals and families to create more functional, peaceful, and organized living spaces. You will provide personalized, one-on-one coaching and practical guidance, fostering sustainable habits that improve overall well-being and stability within our community. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct personalized, one-on-one decluttering and organization coaching sessions with clients in their homes.
  • Develop tailored decluttering plans and strategies based on individual client needs and goals.
  • Guide clients through the process of sorting, categorizing, and reducing clutter with empathy and a non-judgmental approach.
  • Provide practical assistance and hands-on support during decluttering sessions.
  • Educate clients on sustainable organizational systems and habits to maintain tidy spaces.
  • Facilitate donation processes by coordinating with Goodwill donation centers and other community resources.
  • Maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other community support professionals to provide holistic client care.
  • Participate in community outreach events to promote decluttering services and Goodwill's mission.

  • Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish.
