Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Virtual Zero-in Coach to join our Human Capital team, dedicated to enhancing the performance and goal achievement of our professionals and potentially external clients. This role is 100% remote and involves delivering focused, intensive coaching sessions designed to help individuals clarify objectives, eliminate distractions, and maintain high levels of productivity. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of productivity methodologies, behavioral psychology, and effective communication strategies to foster intense focus and drive tangible results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with professionals to identify key goals and challenges.
- Develop personalized 'zero-in' strategies and action plans for individuals to achieve peak focus and productivity.
- Facilitate workshops and group sessions on concentration techniques, time management, and goal setting.
- Provide ongoing support and accountability to ensure consistent progress towards established objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching interventions and adapt strategies as needed.
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in cognitive psychology, productivity, and coaching.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams to integrate coaching principles into broader development programs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a coach specializing in productivity, focus, or performance enhancement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and behavioral change methodologies.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with virtual communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate individuals towards specific goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF ACC, PCC, MCC).
- Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with various productivity frameworks (e.g., GTD, Pomodoro Technique, deep work principles).
- Fluency in German is a plus, but not required for this English-speaking remote role.
