Job Description

Executive Limousine & Sedan is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Limo Driver Trainees. This is a unique opportunity to learn the luxury transportation industry from the ground up. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to equip you with all the skills necessary to become a professional, licensed chauffeur. If you have a passion for service, a clean driving record, and a desire to deliver unparalleled client experiences, we want to hear from you. This full-time, on-site position offers immediate start for motivated candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of the chauffeur training program, learning company policies and service standards.
- Master defensive driving techniques and safe vehicle operation specific to luxury vehicles.
- Familiarize yourself with Spokane and surrounding areas, including optimal routes, traffic patterns, and local points of interest.
- Learn to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring cleanliness and operational readiness.
- Develop professional client interaction skills, including greeting, assisting with luggage, and ensuring passenger comfort.
- Understand and adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Maintain a clean driving record and comply with all traffic laws.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance checks and reporting any issues promptly.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions for the past 3-5 years).
- Strong commitment to learning and professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and highly responsible.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Customer-service oriented mindset with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., hospitality, retail).
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile applications.
