Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Specialist to join our Professional Services team in Lakewood, CO. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional environment. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the professional image of our office and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and take accurate messages.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
  • Provide general information to visitors and callers.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Liaise with building management for maintenance requests and facility issues.
  • Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative duties.
