Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Fragrance Specialist to join our beauty team in Kelowna. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about the world of fragrance, eager to learn, and dedicated to providing an unparalleled customer experience. You will be responsible for guiding customers through our exquisite collection of scents, offering expert advice, and achieving sales targets with the added incentive of bonus pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, identifying their fragrance preferences and needs.
- Provide expert consultation on a diverse range of fragrance products, sharing product knowledge and application techniques.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Maintain a pristine and inviting fragrance counter, ensuring all products are beautifully displayed and stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business through exceptional service.
- Participate in product training sessions and stay informed about new launches and industry trends.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, pricing, and organizing stock.
