Job Description
Are you a movie enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy providing constructive feedback to improve customer experiences? AMC Theatres is seeking enthusiastic and discreet individuals to join our team as Cinema Secret Shoppers in Bloomington, Indiana. This unique opportunity allows you to enjoy the latest blockbusters for free while helping us maintain our high standards of service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. You will visit our theatre locations anonymously, observe various aspects of the customer journey, and provide detailed reports on your findings. This is a part-time role offering flexible hours, perfect for those who love movies and want to contribute to an exceptional cinema environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend scheduled movie showings anonymously at assigned AMC Theatre locations.
- Evaluate all aspects of the movie-going experience, including ticket purchasing, concession stand service, theatre cleanliness, audio/visual quality, and staff friendliness.
- Observe and report on staff adherence to company policies and customer service standards.
- Complete detailed and objective online reports within 24-48 hours of each visit, providing specific examples and constructive feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your role and observations.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each assigned shop.
- Submit receipts and required documentation accurately and on time.

- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide objective, clear, and concise written feedback.
- Reliability and punctuality for assigned visits.
- Strong ethical conduct and ability to maintain anonymity and confidentiality.
- Comfortable using online reporting tools and basic computer literacy.

- Previous experience in customer service or mystery shopping.
- Familiarity with AMC Theatres services and offerings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
