Job Description

Join EY as a critical WFH Admin Support specialist, providing comprehensive administrative assistance to our teams remotely. This role is ideal for highly organized and proactive individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple priorities from a home office setup. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our client-facing professionals. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars and meeting schedules for multiple team members.
  • Prepare and edit professional documents, presentations, and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain robust organizational systems.
  • Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation accurately and on time.
  • Facilitate virtual meetings, including setting up technology, preparing agendas, and distributing minutes.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
  • Proactively identify and implement administrative process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for special projects as required by team leadership.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a professional services environment.
