Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and locating products.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging merchandise, and organizing backroom areas.
- Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting suspicious activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Availability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
