Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming shipments and packages.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.
- Pick, pack, and scan orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare orders for shipment by labeling and banding.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Perform quality checks and ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 lbs.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment (not required, but a plus).
- Experience with RF scanners.
