Job Description
Join UPS as a Part-Time Delivery Courier Mystery Shopper and play a crucial role in evaluating and enhancing our world-class delivery service. Key Responsibilities
- Place test orders for package delivery to specific addresses within the assigned local area.
- Monitor and record the end-to-end delivery timeline, from order placement to final delivery.
- Evaluate the courier's professionalism, adherence to delivery protocols, and overall interaction (if applicable).
- Inspect package condition upon arrival and note any discrepancies or damage.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback through structured reports and surveys.
- Adhere strictly to all guidelines and instructions for each mystery shopping assignment.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all findings and processes.
