Job Description
Are you looking for a dynamic weekend role that gets you out and about? Jani-King of Orange County is seeking a dedicated and reliable Part-time Pressure Washing Hand for a weekend mobile role. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy physical work, have an eye for detail, and are committed to delivering high-quality results. You will be responsible for operating pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces at client locations across the Costa Mesa area on Saturdays and Sundays. This is a hands-on role requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our equipment depot.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment safely and effectively.
- Clean a variety of exterior surfaces including concrete, brick, siding, and other commercial properties.
- Safely load and unload equipment from company vehicles.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and clients as needed.
- Travel to various client sites within the designated service area on weekends.
Required Skills
- Valid California Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Physical stamina and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Costa Mesa depot.
- Flexibility to work weekend hours (Saturdays and Sundays).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience operating pressure washing equipment.
- Knowledge of various cleaning solutions and techniques.
- Familiarity with safety procedures for power equipment operation.
