Job Description
Join Flex Ltd. as a Production Warehouse Worker, providing essential manufacturing support. In this role, you will be a vital part of our production team, responsible for material handling, inventory management, and ensuring the smooth flow of components and finished goods within our manufacturing facility in Sunnyvale. We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented individual eager to contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform material handling, including receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming materials.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or internal distribution.
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse storage areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely material supply.
- Load and unload trucks.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
