Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Student Production Workers to join our manufacturing team in a dynamic factory environment. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production setting, contribute to the creation of high-quality products, and learn about modern manufacturing processes. You will work alongside experienced professionals, assisting with various stages of production, ensuring operational efficiency, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Assist production line staff with assembly, packaging, and quality control tasks.
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with 5S principles.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to supervisors immediately.
- Support inventory management by receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
