Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Waste Management Data Annotator to join our innovative ‘Smart Working’ team in Plymouth. In this role, you will be crucial in classifying and tagging various data types related to waste streams, supporting our advanced analytics and AI initiatives. Your work will directly contribute to improving waste segregation, recycling efficiency, and developing smarter waste management solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately annotate and categorise large datasets of images, text, and sensor data related to waste materials and objects.
- Apply specific classification rules and guidelines to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to refine annotation guidelines and resolve data discrepancies.
- Provide feedback on annotation tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain high levels of data privacy and security during all annotation tasks.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on project requirements and best practices.
