Job Description
We are seeking highly discreet and observant individuals to join our team as a Luxury Brand Secret Shopper. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for evaluating the client experience at various luxury retail establishments within the Chesapeake region. This includes assessing sales associate interactions, product knowledge, store presentation, adherence to brand standards, and overall atmosphere. Your detailed feedback will be instrumental in helping our partner brands maintain and elevate their commitment to unparalleled luxury service. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct incognito visits to assigned luxury retail stores, following specific scenarios and guidelines.
- Interact with sales associates, posing as a regular customer, and evaluate their service quality, product knowledge, and selling techniques.
- Observe and document store environment, cleanliness, merchandising, and adherence to brand visual standards.
- Assess the overall client journey from entry to exit, including fitting room experiences, checkout processes, and post-purchase follow-up (if applicable).
- Provide comprehensive, objective, and timely reports on observations and experiences, utilizing a proprietary online reporting system.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments, observations, and data collected.
- Adhere to all project timelines and reporting deadlines.
- Represent the highest standards of discretion and professionalism at all times.

- Prior experience as a mystery shopper or quality assurance auditor.
- Familiarity with luxury brand standards and client expectations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising).
