Job Description
Are you a highly motivated and customer-focused individual looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in the financial services industry from the comfort of your own home? RBC is seeking dedicated Online Client Specialists to manage client accounts remotely. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and guiding them through various banking products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information and guidance on RBC's products and services, including banking, investments, and credit.
- Assist clients with account opening, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and offer relevant solutions.
- Adhere to all regulatory compliance standards and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues.
Required Skills
