Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable 16-year-old teens to join our warehouse team for a morning shift. This is an excellent opportunity for young individuals to gain valuable work experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. As a Warehouse Staff member, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our fulfillment center, helping us deliver smiles to customers. This role focuses on essential tasks that keep our inventory moving and orders processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sorting, packing, and labeling products for shipment.
- Help organize inventory on shelves and in designated areas.
- Load and unload materials and products, as directed (light lifting required).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to a supervisor promptly.
Required Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
