Job Description
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Packers to join our fulfillment center in Cleveland, OH. In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack items according to specific customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Utilize handheld scanners to track inventory and maintain precise records.
- Operate various warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Meet or exceed daily productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Comfortable working in an environment that requires a strong focus on safety and adherence to procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy for scanner operation and data entry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- High school diploma or GED.
