Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and highly organized Online Wellness Coordinator to join our growing virtual support team. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. As an Online Wellness Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, guiding them through their wellness journeys, providing virtual support, and connecting them with appropriate resources and programs. You will play a crucial role in promoting health literacy, fostering a positive and encouraging environment, and ensuring our members feel supported and empowered to achieve their wellness goals. Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual guidance and support to members seeking wellness assistance, including answering questions and navigating services.
- Conduct initial wellness assessments to understand member needs and recommend suitable virtual programs or resources.
- Schedule and coordinate virtual appointments with wellness coaches, nutritionists, and other specialists.
- Monitor member progress and engagement within wellness programs, offering proactive support and encouragement.
- Maintain accurate and confidential member records in our secure database.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless member experience and effective program delivery.
- Educate members on various health and wellness topics, promoting preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Handle member inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of virtual wellness support materials and protocols.
Required Skills

- Strong empathetic listening and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field (e.g., Health Education, Psychology, Social Work, Nutrition).
- Prior experience in a customer service, patient support, or wellness coordination role.
- Certification in health coaching, wellness, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare privacy standards.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or similar database systems.
