Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Aesthetic Sales Rep to join our dynamic team in Beltline, Calgary. This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential for individuals who are passionate about aesthetics and possess exceptional sales acumen. You will be responsible for driving sales of our premium medical aesthetic services and products, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our clinic. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new client leads through various channels.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments and products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Educate clients on the benefits and efficacy of our services and products.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless client experience.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events to generate interest.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Accurately record client interactions and sales data in CRM system.
Required Skills
- Proven sales experience, preferably in aesthetics, beauty, or a related high-value service industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications.
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic environment.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value sales.
- Existing network within the Calgary beauty/wellness community.
