Job Description

CVS Health is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Pharmacy Service Associate. No prior pharmacy experience is required – we provide comprehensive, paid training to equip you with all the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this vital role. You will be an integral part of our pharmacy team, assisting customers, processing prescriptions, and contributing to the smooth operation of our pharmacy services, all while under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Receive and process prescription orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions with precision.
- Answer phones, direct calls, and resolve customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workstation.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory under pharmacist supervision.

- Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to provide excellent patient care.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
