Job Description

Join Trumpet Behavioral Health as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and become a vital part of our mission to deliver life-changing ABA therapy. We are actively seeking passionate and skilled BCBAs to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA).
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client needs.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
  • Train and educate parents/caregivers on ABA principles and strategies to promote generalization of skills.
  • Analyze data, make data-driven decisions, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including teachers, therapists, and medical professionals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and company policies.
  • Adhere to the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.

Required Skills

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ABA programs for individuals with autism.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with specific populations (e.g., early intervention, adolescents, adults).
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Arabic) is a plus.
  • Experience with telehealth service delivery.
  • Previous experience supervising clinical staff.
