Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and discreet Private Personal Assistant to provide seamless administrative and personal support to a senior executive within Sanford Health’s Executive Office. This unique role requires a versatile individual capable of managing a wide array of tasks related to both professional responsibilities and personal affairs, ensuring the executive’s life runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively. Confidentiality and a professional demeanor are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and personal engagements.
  • Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for both business and personal trips.
  • Handle all correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and other communications, acting as a gatekeeper as needed.
  • Prepare expense reports, manage invoices, and oversee personal budgeting as required.
  • Coordinate household services, manage vendors, and oversee personal projects or errands.
  • Organize and plan small-scale professional and personal events or gatherings.
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations for executive review.
  • Maintain highly confidential files and information with utmost discretion.
  • Assist with other administrative and personal tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Absolute discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various productivity tools.

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Familiarity with local services, establishments, and resources in Fargo, ND.
