Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Music School Operations Manager to lead the administrative and operational functions of our New Port Richey campus. This leadership role is critical to ensuring the smooth running of our school, optimizing student and faculty experience, and driving strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive, and collaborative individual with a passion for music education and a proven track record in operations management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, student enrollment, billing, and facility management.
  • Manage and support administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  • Coordinate with instructors to optimize class schedules, room assignments, and material availability.
  • Handle student inquiries, registrations, and conflict resolution with professionalism and care.
  • Manage financial aspects such as budget adherence, payroll coordination, and tuition collection.
  • Ensure the physical environment of the school is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts to promote programs and attract new students.
  • Prepare regular operational reports for senior management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and growth initiatives of the academy.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations management, preferably within an educational or arts organization.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with office software and management systems (e.g., CRM, scheduling software).
