Job Description
Join TELUS International as a Written Conversation Annotator, specializing in chat-based content. In this pivotal remote role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing, categorizing, and annotating text-based conversations to improve AI and machine learning models. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately read and interpret written chat conversations and assign appropriate labels or categories based on predefined guidelines.
- Identify and flag problematic, irrelevant, or sensitive content within conversations.
- Provide constructive feedback on annotation guidelines to improve clarity and completeness.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency in all annotation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure project goals are met.
- Participate in regular quality assurance reviews and training sessions.
- Work independently to meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (US English).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in text.
