Job Description
Join the CAA team as a Remote Dispatcher / Roadside Assistance Agent and be the reassuring voice our members rely on. In this crucial role, you will handle inbound calls from members in need of roadside assistance, accurately assess their situation, and efficiently dispatch appropriate service providers. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to make a significant impact from the comfort of your home. You will be responsible for coordinating services, providing timely updates, and ensuring a seamless experience for our members during often stressful situations. We are looking for empathetic, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally from members requesting roadside assistance.
- Gather accurate information regarding the member's location, vehicle issue, and safety concerns.
- Utilize dispatch software to identify and assign the nearest available service provider.
- Communicate estimated arrival times and service details clearly to members.
- Monitor active service calls, ensuring timely resolution and providing updates as necessary.
- Handle multiple incoming calls and dispatch requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
- Document all interactions and dispatch activities thoroughly in the system.
- Resolve member inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
