Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sash Window Painting Helper to join our property maintenance team in Bradford. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and has a keen eye for precision, even with small tasks. You will assist our skilled painters with the preparation, masking, and meticulous painting of sash windows, contributing to the aesthetic and preservation of various properties. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sash windows for painting, including cleaning and light sanding.
- Apply masking tape and protective coverings accurately to ensure clean lines and protect surrounding areas.
- Assist in mixing and preparing paints and other materials.
- Carefully paint sash window frames, sills, and other detailed components under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, disposing of waste materials properly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Support senior painters with other ad-hoc tasks as required.

- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications
